Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked, Reimagined Pilates are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money or roll over your class or course to future dates. A discretionary refund can be applicable under special circumstances. Please email if you think this applies to you. If your instructor falls ill or cannot attend your class due to unforeseen circumstances then we will reschedule or re-locate the class free of charge. However, we are not responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred. If you do not turn up to a class that you have paid for then you will not receive a refund or a rescheduled class.
