BOOKINGS

​

All bookings are non-refundable.

​

You can purchase and book onto classes and courses through this website. Please note that cash payment is not accepted and you must pay online when booking.

​

Once you have booked, you will be sent an email containing a Health Questionnaire that you must fill out and submit before attending your first class. If you do not fill out the form prior to coming to your class then you will not be able to participate.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

​

Once you have booked, Reimagined Pilates are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money or roll over your class or course to future dates.

​

A discretionary refund can be applicable under special circumstances. Please email if you think this applies to you.

​

If your instructor falls ill or cannot attend your class due to unforeseen cicumstances then we will reschedule or re-locate the class free of charge. However, we are not responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred.

​

If you do not turn up to a class that you have paid for then you will not receive a refund or a rescheduled class.

​

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

​

It is your responsibility to inform Reimagined Pilates of any medical conditions or injuries etc. you may have prior to attending your class.

​

By attending Reimagined Pilates classes, you agree to inform us of any medical or personal changes via e-mail as soon as you are aware of them including pregnancy, surgery and any changes to your contact or emergency contact details. 

​

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are fit to attend Reimagined Pilates classes. Please consult your doctor before attending if you are concerned about your ability to take part in the classes. You will be sent an email containing a Health Questionnaire that you must fill out and submit before attending your first class. If you do not fill out the form prior to coming to your class then you will not be able to participate.

Please note that you cannot attend Reimagined Pilates classes if you are pregnant or under the age of 18.

All information you provide to Reimagined Pilates will be kept strictly confidential.

WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE

​

Reimagined Pilates withhold the right to refuse entry to a customer to their lesson or course if it is felt that the customer's behaviour is rude, inappropraite, unreasonable, threatening or aggressive. If this occurs, no refund will be given.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

​

Reimagined Pilates is not responsible for the damage or loss of any personal belongings. It is your responsibility to look after your personal belongs whilst at your class.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

​

Reimagined Pilates will make sure that all equipment used will be washed or wiped regularly with anti-bacterial spray. We will ensure that the floors, door handles, light switches and any other touch points are also clean prior to your class.

​

There is no water provided at the clinic so please bring your own bottle of water with you.

​

HANDS ON CORRECTION

​

Reimagined Pilates instructors will sometimes offer hands on correction to make sure that you are in the correct posture, position and alignment to keep you safe. If you do not agree to hands on correction then please notify us y sending an email in advance of your class.

DATA PROTECTION AND GDPR

​

Once you have booked your Pilates class through this website, you will be sent a Health Questionnaire to fill out and submit. You MUST complete and submit this questionnaire before attending your class otherwise you will NOT be able to participate. Reimagined Pilates will not share your data with any other third party other than those who are required to process your booking or where legally required to do so.
