About

Designed for people who have no or very little previous Pilates experience. You will be taught basic Pilates exercises including the all important 5 key elements: breathing, centering, ribcage placement, shoulder blade placement and head and neck placement. We will start with the basics and throughout the weeks practice these exercises and gain an understanding of Pilates technique and control. Although we will focus on beginner exercises, don't worry, you will still feel a difference in your body! All equipment is provided for you including mats, but please feel free to bring your own mat if you would feel more comfortable with this. There is enough space for 6 people to attend this class per week. If you have any questions about the class, please feel free to email me.


Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked, Reimagined Pilates are under no obligation to refund or transfer your money or roll over your class or course to future dates. A discretionary refund can be applicable under special circumstances. Please email if you think this applies to you. If your instructor falls ill or cannot attend your class due to unforeseen cicumstances then we will reschedule or re-locate the class free of charge. However, we are not responsible for any additional travel expenses incurred. If you do not turn up to a class that you have paid for then you will not receive a refund or a rescheduled class.
